Sophistique Boutique & Salon is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed cosmetologist who is motivated, organized, creative, and people-oriented to join our team as a Salon Assistant / Salon Coordinator.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to learn, build experience, and grow within the beauty industry.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in a boutique salon environment while developing organizational, social media, and client experience skills along the way.

Responsibilities may include:
• Hands-on training in toning & blow-drying
• Greeting and assisting clients
• Managing appointments & salon flow
• Supporting daily salon operations
• Assisting with inventory & organization
• Supporting social media & content
• Helping maintain a polished salon environment
• Supporting stylists throughout the day

Who you are:
• Licensed cosmetologist
